El STC is a modular structure consisting of a duct grid embedded in the floor thas carries the various facilities: electricity, voice/data, etc.

At the intersection of these ducts are the techinical nodes that offer access from the outside and can install or incorporate objets above the floor level but connected to it. The facilities are hidden but permanently accessible no matter what function is given to the building.

The STC system has the capacity to host all the cabling necessary to feed a building´s requirements and resolves the connections between galleries thas guide all the information in the building.
